During a Special Program, Zenless Zone Zero 1.1 was unvelied with the chapter “Undercover R&B” which will arrive on August 14. The chapter will have the New Eridu Public Security (N.E.P.S.) with new characters Qingyi, Jane, and Seth fighting the criminal syndicate known as the Mountain Lion Gang. 1.1 will also introduce the new Hollow Zero gameplay experience “Inferno Reap,” a new area at Lumina Square that will be open to players, and various events such as Camellia Golden Week.
Meet the Best of the N.E.P.S.: Qingyi, Jane, and Seth
The Special Episode “Undercover R&B” will see Zhu Yuan, Qingyi, and Seth will utilize their talents to fight a battle of wits and courage with the Mountain Lion Gang. However, these criminals always manage to escape arrest with the help of the enigmatic Jane. Proxies are invited to discover the connection between her and N.E.P.S. Helping you out, will be the newest set of rollable characters.
- Qingyi: An S-Rank Electric Stun character, Qingyi excels in stunning enemies with her electric damage and “Flash Connect Voltage” attack. Her quick Daze infliction and strong support abilities make her a valuable asset to any squad. As Zhu Yuan’s trusted partner, she’s set to play a significant role in upcoming battles.
- Jane: As an S-Rank Physical Anomaly Agent, Jane brings agility and fierce combat skills to the table. By triggering “Passion State,” she delivers rapid, multi-stage attacks and inflicts Attribute Anomaly on her foes. Players will first face Jane as an enemy due to her allegiance with the Mountain Lion Gang but can later recruit her for their teams.
- Seth: This A-Rank Electric Defense character adds depth to your squad with his shield buffs and versatile weapon that transforms into a large sword. Seth is also ready to assist Proxies with his defensive capabilities and offensive prowess.
Additionally, a new S-Rank Bangboo character, “Officer Cui,” joins the ranks, providing further support in the Hollows.
Enter the “Inferno Reap”
Version 1.1 introduces an exciting Hollow Zero gameplay feature, “Inferno Reap.” Players can now engage in time-limited battles with Nineveh after completing the “Withering Garden” stage and related commissions. This challenge offers endless attempts and a plethora of in-game rewards for those who succeed.
Join the celebration with the “Camellia Golden Week” event. Proxies can earn Polychromes, A-level W-engine components, and various materials by completing special event commissions. This event is packed with rewards and adds an extra layer of excitement to the game.
New Features and Limited-Time Events
Version 1.1 also includes several new in-game features:
- Immersive Tactical Drill: A new limited time challenge at the HIA Career Club.
- First-Class Customer Service: Proxies will not be able to expand their Random Play video store operations by helping customers repair and tune their video players.
- Upgraded Camera Functions: Capture your gaming moments with new filters and selfie options.
