On the Case
The Famicom Detective Club franchise has been a cult hit since its original release way back in the original Famicom in 1988. Their point-and-click adventure gameplay and spooky mystery gave gamers a lot of intrigue back in 8-bit era. The games were remade in 2021 on the Nintendo Switch by Mages as: Famicom Detective Club: The Missing Heir and Famicom Detective Club: The Girl Who Stands Behind. The style of the new game appears to be taken from the remakes. Having greatly enjoyed the remakes of Famicom Detective Club, this newest installment looks to be bringing us into darker territory. Expect a gripping mystery, twists and turns galore, and an ending that will have you talking for ages!
